FRAME SIZES

If you’re looking for a particular size but isn’t available in our online shop, chat with us or contact us via email address. We’ll be happy to custom build your frame.

 

GALLERY WALL LAYOUT

Do you have a gallery decor in mind but don’t know how to execute? Let us help! Send us your peg or layout via email. We’ll be adding more gallery wall layout in our collection from time to time. So stay tuned!

 

GALLERY WALL PRINTS

Don’t have anything to print aside from your photos? We can help you purchase the license of photos and artwork you want us to print.

FOR CUSTOM SIZE FRAME / MADE-TO-MEASURE

It’s simple and easy. All you have to do is get a standard measuring tape and tell us the size in inches or cm.

  1. Lay and flatten your print or artwork on a level surface
  2. Measure the height and width of the print or artwork (as well as depth if needed)
  3. Input the measurements you’ve taken
  4. After you’ve placed the order, please send us a photo of the print or artwork with the standard measuring tape showing its exact size to our email [email protected] with the Order number as subject. This is to help us make sure the frame fits your print or artwork.

The size you enter or select is  the print or artwork size, not the external size of the frame.

How To Measure

ITEM FOR FRAMING

We can schedule a pick up of your pieces via Lalamove or Transportify app, or you may also drop the item off our workshop. 

MATERIALS

Frames are made of polystyrene (engineered wood) or wood. Polystyrene are indistinguishable when compared to wood frames. 

For the front cover, we use glass sheet. Acrylic cover is optional and available upon request. You may also select this when you place your order under custom frame product pages.

Back cover used  is made of plywood or mdf. At Frame PH, we strive to provide our customers products and services that meet and even exceed expectations. 

Non glare acrylic cover and acid free matting is also available upon request.

RUSH SERVICE

Need your products right away? Get our 3-day rush service (within Metro Manila). Please note, that there is a rush service fee.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

One of the great things about shopping online at FRAME PH is that we offer you a diverse selection of payment options. Purchase any item from our store and use any of the following payment method.

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION

All transactions are secured and encrypted. Credit Card information is never stored.

To ensure you feel confident in our secure checkout process, we require the following:

  • Billing information provided matches that of the cardholder.
  • The CVC code (3 digit code on the back of your card) at the final step of checkout.

Failure to provide this information may cause your order to be delayed or canceled. The charge on your statement will appear from FRAME PH

TURNAROUND TIME

Orders and payments must be placed before 12 PM every Wednesday.

After your payment is verified, it will take one week to process and complete your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. 

Any orders placed after 12 PM every Wednesday will be included in the next cut off.

ORDER STATUS

The easiest way to review your order information is to log into your account. To check the status of your order, please see below:

If you signed in or created an account when you checked out:

  1. Sign in to your account by clicking the “My Account” link.
  2. After you are logged in, click “Orders” on the left side navigation menu.
  3. Locate and click the order number you wish to review.
  4. The Order Status will be located under the Order Information Section.
 

ORDER INFORMATION

Wait, what? You never received an order confirmation? Please chat or contact us if you have one of the following issues:

  • Never received an order confirmation and you do not have your order number
  • Your order information has not been updated on your account
  • The delivery timeframe has passed and you have not received an update on your order.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders placed for Metro Manila and areas covered including Laguna, Rizal, Cavite. can be shipped using Transportify or Lalamove app. Fee including toll fees will be shouldered by the buyer.

Curbside pick up is also available as we do not have a parking space in store. Let us know the most convenient shipping option for you. 

For orders outside Metro Manila, we can ship via LBC. The shipping fee will be estimated as soon as order is packaged and measured. You may place and settle the order first and then we will let you know how much to pay for the shipping fee as soon as its completed.

Return and Exchange Policy

Order Changes and Cancellations

We understand that circumstances may change after placing an order. We strive to process orders promptly, therefore changes or cancellations may not be possible once submitted. However, if adjustments are necessary, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to know that we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Options

  • You may choose to receive a refund via your original payment method.
  • Alternatively, we can issue store credit for the full amount, which you can use towards future purchases at FRAME.PH.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, kindly contact our customer service team by emailing [email protected] or by submitting a request through our contact form. We will be happy to guide you through the return process.

Important Notes:

  • Ensure that the frame is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to make sure it’s safe.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

We sincerely apologize if you receive an incorrect or damaged item. To expedite a resolution, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with the following information:

  1. Order Number
  2. Product SKU
  3. Detailed description of the issue
  4. Clear photos and/or videos of the incorrect or damaged item

This information will allow us to process your request efficiently and provide a prompt solution.
