Processing

Orders and payments must be placed before 2 PM every Wednesday. After your payment is verified, it will take one week to process and complete your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Any orders placed after 2 PM every Wednesday will be processed the following week.

Shipping
Custom sized frames are delivered via Lalamove. The fee will be shouldered by the buyer.

After you have selected a frame, you may upload your photos here or you may also send the file to [email protected]

Can’t find the size?
If you’re looking for a particular size but isn’t available in our product variations, you may check out Manhattan and Brooklyn custom frame.

Custom vs. Fixed-size
Custom sized frames processed on a made-to-order basis (yes! even if the frame size is available on some product variation) while fixed-size frames are readily available.

    Received my order after a few days of checkout. Very convenient. Carefully wrapped in bubble-wrap and kraft paper. The frame is very sturdy and polished. Would definitely recommend this frame who looking for something minimal and want to make their posters pop. Customer service was top-notch and gave me options so I could decide easily.
