Processing

Orders and payments must be placed before 2 PM every Wednesday. After your payment is verified, it will take one week to process and complete your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Any orders placed after 2 PM every Wednesday will be processed the following week.

Shipping
Custom sized frames are delivered via Lalamove. The fee will be shouldered by the buyer. 

Print + Frame
After you have selected a frame, you may upload your photos here or you may also send the file to [email protected]

Can’t find the size?
If you’re looking for a particular size but isn’t available in our product variations, you may check out Manhattan and Brooklyn custom frame.

Custom vs. Fixed-size
Custom sized frames processed on a made-to-order basis (yes! even if the frame size is available on some product variation) while fixed-size frames are readily available.
